My chest has always been a weak point for me. No matter how hard I try, I simply cannot build it up very well compared to other areas. I feel like I just don't have the control over the muscles to work it hard enough. It also never gets sore no matter how hard or long I work it out. It'll get tired but that's it. I lift to failure each time also.
My biceps, on the other hand, are a different story. I feel like I'm able to tear them apart if I wanted to. If I push myself 100% on biceps I'll pull the muscle. And while I'm not the biggest guy I'm able to do 90-100lbs with each arm on the seated preacher curl. My legs are even worse. They're skinny, yet I can do the stack in nearly every leg excercize at the gym. Yet they stay skinny and don't get bigger, just more cut and stronger.
